Abstract:

Efficiency of the company’s activity depends very much on the efficiency of its management system, which needs constant changes. However any system resists changes trying to preserve stability. The use of basic points of the Theory of systems limitation in management practice will enable companies to accelerate the process of changes by detection and elimination of the core management problems. The use of given innovative methods solves the problem of group work of the whole system in reaching the highest system-wide result.
