Abstract:

The article examines conditions of small and medium enterprise development as a key factor of political and social stability in Surgut. It is noted that support of small and medium enterprise carried out by local authority bodies has an essential role in provision of stable social and economic city development, increase of economic flexibility towards fluctuating conditions of external and internal environment.
