Abstract:

Realization of the complex approach to formation of the enterprises’ competitive advantage can take different shapes. Consolidation trends (adoption of the systems of ecological management and formation of the regional industrial clusters) will enable modern large enterprises, which employ these trends, to get competitive advantages from two sources at once. Integration of the ecological management in cluster management system will facilitate coordination of nature conservation services of the enterprises and cluster management in whole on one hand and o the other it will increase the effect of the ecological management systems of the enterprises – members of the cluster.
