Abstract:

The present article presents the model of development of the economic strategy for the structuring principles of strategic objectives and their integration in order to maximize profit and shareholders' equity based on the growth of competitive advantage. It submits portfolios of strategies to achieve each strategic development stage of hospitality company. It introduces the formula calculating the cumulative effect of the implementation of an economic strategy based on cost, income and comparative methods for determining the value of a company.
