Abstract:

On the threshold of the centralized transition of the Russian institutes of higher education from "traditional" model to the new the analysis of structural transformation in the country is topical. "Traditional" model of an education system does not possess the ability to move together with accelerating scientific and technical progress and does not catch up with the real requirements of a labour market. The article covers the questions of detection of new results of the system of the higher education corresponding to economy and society requirements.
