Abstract:
How unprofitable business can be made profitable? In the paper, this issue is examined through the case study of the branch of the hospital, part of the services of which is provided at the expense of the Fund for obligatory health insurance. The author's idea is simple: it is necessary to determine the parameters of the break-even of the company (branch) and try to bring the real performance as close to them as possible.
