Abstract:

The article offers a conception of resource-saving management that excels in giving opportunities of (that is notable for giving opportunities of) of production quality rise and reduction of costs at the same time. This conception is implemented on the base of innovative resource-substitution principles. The mechanism of resource-saving management ensures harmonization of interests and synchronization of the processes in the innovation development cycle at the following stages: «generation – adaptation – commercialization – modernization».
