Abstract:

The article discusses the ways to finance measures directed to solving the problem of road transport accidents in Russia. It presents modified models for determining the efficiency of market capitalization of road construction companies’ investments. The author proposes ways to attract investments in establishment and development of enterprises that rebuild road infrastructure with a view to increase the safety of motor transport.
