Abstract:

The article describes actual trends in the development of innovations with regard to their changes and cyclic recursive renewal. It defines fundamental features of strategic goal for innovation development of the agricultural sector. The authors propose the ways of implementation of the innovative development strategy taking account of program-and-target methods.
