Abstract:
One of the most common types of antimonopoly violations is fixation of monopolistically high prices for certain goods. Current legislation, however, does not provide clear and objective formulation of criteria, according to which a price can be considered as monopolistically high. Introduction of the proposed amendments to legislation will ensure more transparent and objective mechanism to identify a product price as monopolistically high.
