Abstract:

The article deals with cooperation between the German national regions in the Russian Federation and the German federal states. The author describes the objectives, functions and forms of cooperation within the framework of paradiplomacy. Particular attention is paid to the participation of German actors in the territory of the Russian Federation at the local level.
