Abstract:

In this article there’s introduced the author’s classification of the countries according to the cyclical mechanism in the 21st century. There are described the mechanisms of the prolongation of the business cycle growth phase by the acceptor-countries, which let us discover another point of view to the nature of business cycle. The correlation of the internal and external causes of business cycles in the acceptor- and donor-countries is being analyzed.
