Abstract:

The paper presents approaches to the implementation of information technology to optimize the processes in the construction industry. It defines stages and practical tools for their implementation, including the development of the new approaches to increase the investment attractiveness of the sector, as well as the mechanisms to promote innovation in the construction industry
