Abstract:

The paper considers the labor mobility of the personnel of industrial enterprises in the Omsk Region in the context of their innovation development. It systematizes the internal and external factors that affect the rate and extent of the labor mobility. The authors suggest that the system of indicative characteristics (indicators) to assess the staff status, make forecasting calculations and select the strategy of innovative business development should be worked out at the enterprise level.
