Abstract:

In Primorye, a sharp reduction of the economically and socially active people is taking place. It happens despite the fact that an international summit was held there recently and a lot of state money was invested in it. Meanwhile, the region beats all "records" on mortality and haemorrhage of its most economically active and educated part to other regions of the country and abroad. What are the reasons? And how this situation can be changed? Read about it in the proposed publication.
