Abstract:

Analysis of pricing conditions in the housing and communal services is generally associated with the assessment of the tariff policy of the state and the economic efficiency of specialized management companies. The author argues that no less important is the issue of rational behavior of people of Russia who are not accustomed to pay attention to resource-saving. The article examines in conjunction the problems of increasing utility tariffs and resource-saving.
