Abstract:

The article examines principles of R&D management within implementation of competitive strategy at a high-tech enterprise. The role of R&D management subsystem in the innovative activity oriented towards the growth of the company market value was revealed. The process structure of R&D management subsystem at a high-tech enterprise was offered in the article. The fact that in modern conditions principles of process and systematic approaches should be optimally combined in a high-tech enterprise management was substantiated.
