Abstract:

The development of modern society is characterized by the activation of civic involvement in a wide range of issues. Resource-saving and environmental problems start to be actively discussed by the community. One form of involvement in resource-saving and environmental protection is the organization of thematic competitions and grants among specialized NGOs. The paper presents an evaluation of regional practices in the field.
