Abstract:

The development of the market of medical services causes the necessity of the organizational and management changes in the health care institutions. The study of the best examples and following them is one of the possibilities to develop and introduce new methods and management structures in the enterprises. The article proposes the ideas for the formation of a leadership strategy of the medical center.
