Abstract:

How to ensure the execution of the government contracts by the building contractors? This problem has become urgent in view of the fact that winning the bid according to the criteria of the lowest cost of the future work, contractors often cannot handle it. To ensure the execution of the government contract, the authors propose to reflect at the moment of its conclusion the value of the property complex of the contractor, which will make the situation more transparent and allow, if necessary, to optimize the cash flows of a construction company.
