Stabilization of the situation, increased competition, and the adjustment of state housing policy determined the need for quality project development in the sector of construction investments. Issues of construction of the affordable housing still remain among the principal ones in this context. According to the results of the conducted study is has been determined that a perfection of legal forms of the construction financing and targeted housing programs play an important role in this field. The article focuses on the need for providing young families with the affordable housing and proposes a solution to this problem through building of a small area studio apartments.
