Abstract:

The use of secondary resources and waste in our time has become an indispensable necessity. The article addressed this issue with regard to the metals industry. Primary resources thin out, cheap products of their processing start to be used in the industrial turnover, and gradually the metals and mining industry becomes a complex industry of processing the primary and secondary resources. Evaluating these trends positively, the author touches upon environmental problems accompanying these processes: reduction and pollution of soil, water, air, etc.
