Abstract:

The paper presents the algorithm of managers' decision making in choosing ways of development of the technological knowledge resources of the firm. The algorithm is based on the results of empirical testing of hypotheses about the criteria for this choice, based on the specificity of technological knowledge resources and uncertainty of transactions of resources' data extraction in the Russian machine-building enterprises.
