Abstract:

The author explores innovative approaches to management, which serve as the basis for the model of managing small business. The presented model takes into account the characteristics of small businesses, and its basic principle is the orientation towards the customer. According to the author, such a structure of small business' organization pays off as well when it grows and makes a transition in the category of medium-sized and large business.
