Abstract:

Formation of optimal economic mechanisms in various activities on the basis of public ownership is one of the most important issues of management of state property. The paper deals with the formation of development institutions and universalization of public-private partnerships in the regional economic system. It identifies the models of public-private partnership based on the maximization of profit and minimization of the costs of the parties.
