Abstract:

Availability of favorable conditions for sustainable "green" growth is related to ensuring of environmental and economic security in the territory according to the "weak link" principle, and is a necessary condition for the development of a modern economy and society at all levels of ecological and economic system. Achievement of environmental and economic security is a mandatory feature for all objects of the world economy, oriented towards the ecological and economic sector of noospheric type and viability of economic activities, developing in the context of coevolution of the economy and the environment.
