Abstract:

In the modern conditions, the problem of social solution is partially given to the non-commercial organizations. The regional specific does influence the features of their activity. In the article the advantage of the participation of the noncommercial organizations in the implementation of housing politics of Tatarstan is analysed. Special consideration is given to the housing associations, that can take an important part in the housing of the public if their legal control is a bit corrected.
