Abstract:

In the article it is proposed to consider the interaction in the house immovable property as the showing of two aspects of the institutional environment: the situation in what the relations take place, and the players of the housing market. The structure of the factors that influence the understanding of housing market as the action area of its participants is researched. The institutional environment of the housing market is also analysed and it understood as social and political order that let find out in which way and for what purpose the participants organize their connections with the house immovable property.
