Abstract:

During the entry of Russia into the WTO especially the pressing question of the development and effective operation of small-format business. Should pay attention to such factors as the control PR. European countries for many years successfully used this factor in the development business. In a competitive global economy, national business will lose the fight, and the country will suffer financial loss.
