Abstract:

Innovation policy is the anticipation of the changes in the production function of the region and the development of solutions to ensure sustainable economic growth in the long term. The authors suggest determination of the optimum values of the region’s production function basic parameters at which it tends to its maximum basing on elaborating, simulating and applying of scenario approach.
