Abstract:

In market condition each organization it tries to optimize the prime cost released to product and define the factors, effectively influencing upon her value. In work is motivated and explored correlation dependency to prime cost main type milk products with factor, valuing expense resource; the worded criterion to optimization to prime cost of the milk products.
