Abstract:

The article proposes to develop regional markets of residential real estate on the basis of innovative concepts. It examines the new forms of interaction between agents of the market and its ability to create a multiplier effect in other sectors, including infrastructure. The necessity of such an approach is dictated by the realities of time, the requirements of the strategic development of the regions and the characteristics of the market itself.
