Abstract:

The occupational skill structure in the construction industry is determined by the volume, the pace of construction and the underlying technology. Increase in the construction volume according to the strategic development plan of the industry involves increasing the recruitment needs. To meet them it is necessary to analyze the condition and the development prospects for a specialized labor market. Advanced vocational training is the most likely way to increase the number and the quality of the labor force in the construction industry.
