Abstract:

Russia associated to WTO but how will it influence on Russian manufacturers, considering week competitiveness of Russian economy, dependence from raw products export, high wearing of capital assets, poorness of regions, high share of import and severe climatic conditions? Author gives an idea that our country has resources and highly skilled labor and we need to develop strategic industries to exclude falling behind other countries. Investments are important factor in this sense.
