Abstract:

The paper provides an overview of trends on the Russian domestic travel market, focusing on the reasons why Russian clients switch from the services rendered by tour operators and travel agencies to on-line reservation systems. The article gives an overview of the Russian on-line reservation system market and analyzes the prospects for its development.
