Abstract:

The paper advocates the necessity of modernizing organizational structures of university management in terms of innovative development. It shows the role of quality management system as a part of the university management system and examines the activities of Omsk State Technical University to improve the efficiency of the university infrastructure as well as its organizational and management structure.
