Abstract:

The paper evaluated the role of process-oriented approach to managing the insurance business and shows the specifics of management of insurance relations and processes. It presents a structural model of the concept of insurance process management developed by the author and emphasizes the main elements of the concept, its structural, functional and maintaining components.
