Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problem of industrial enterprises’ innovative potential growth under economical instability. The author specifies the definition of industrial enterprises’ innovative potential, reveals the basic issues, preventing its development, and justifies the influence of state and private partnership on the innovative potential development.
