Abstract:

Сommercialization of Intellectual Property (IP) is carried out for the purpose of receiving income from its use in the future and is associated with the investments that are needed to bring the results of intellectual activities to the stage of industrial production. Therefore, the evaluation of such IP is very closelylinked to the investment analysis of innovative projects. The paper considers the most important methodological aspects of IP evaluation taking into account the commercialization of IP.
