Abstract:

The paper analyzes the behavior of Russian energy transnational companies during the global financial crisis of 2008–2009 and describes the mergers and acquisitions carried out by Russian energy transnational companies. The meaning and importance of foreign investments made by Russian TNCs are revealed.
