Abstract:

The paper analyzes the efficiency of electricity utilization in the country. It considers the state of technology, equipment and fixed assets at construction enterprises as well as the state of labor, research and development potential. Recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of implementing energy saving projects and their financing are given.
