Abstract:

At the present stage of production development one of the urgent problems is to choose the optimal and efficient version of the company's organizational structure. The key to the sound solution to this problem is a correct assessment of possible alternatives. The author suggests a method of evaluating the efficiency of options for building the organizational structure based on the use of financial performance for the company as a whole and for its divisions.
