Abstract:

The article takes a look at one of the concepts of research activities in the service sector of public administration – praxeological. This area of research examines service activities in terms of its effectiveness. Following the servicedominant logic in the development of the sector of public administration the author presents the vision of the assessment technology of effectiveness of the service activity in the context of multi-level value characteristics.
