Abstract:

The article is devoted to the influence of service-oriented approach to the economic activities of companies in the global economic environment caused by the rapid spread of information and communication technologies. Showed the role of services provided by means of information technology in changing the patterns of interaction between suppliers and consumers and the organization of value chains.
