Abstract:

The article deals with the problems of business regulation in connection with the contradiction between the goals and the practice of realization of the state policy in the field of pre-school services. The author outlines the problems and gives recommendations on the development of Russian legislation in the field of preschool services taking into account the possibilities and prospects of development of the private sector.
