Abstract:

Methods of administrating the pension insurance premiums in Russia are the subject of the article, which reveals the factors that contribute to the development of the shadow economy. Ways of reducing the spread of the shadow sector of the Russian economy and stimulating active investment are suggested as a matter of improvement in the system of pension insurance.
