Abstract:

The article presents method for assessing the satisfaction that small businesses get from governmental support, based upon subjective opinions by their CEOs and taking into account the degree of the authorities’ involvement in managing the development of small businesses. Measures of raising efficiency of governmental support to small businesses are suggested, which all result from the trial applications of the method in question in the course of the research into the status of small business in Rostov the Great, of the Yaroslavl Region.
