Abstract:

The paper considers the influence of innovation activity on the competitiveness of construction products, identifies the factors of innovation activity of a construction company and competitiveness of its products, and suggests modes of assessing such companies. It also contains analysis of the innovation activity of enterprises in the Siberian Federal District and the Novosibirsk region.
