Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problem of making up a scorecard, which would ensure effective control over the course of investment project implementation in construction, based on the interrelation of natural and financial indicators. The possibility of applying the designed balanced scorecard in the course of realization of the construction program is considered for assessing its current condition, motivation of the personnel, and decision-making towards optimization of production expenses.
