Abstract:

Estimation of municipal employees’ labor potential is related in the article to the effectiveness of their work. Formulas are given for estimating municipal employees’ labor potential considering its quantitative and qualitative characteristics. Based on the data collected so, it is suggested to determine an employee’s labor potential by their responsibilities.
